		<description><![CDATA[Having a passion for something will encourage people to work at it, often for almost nothing.  My concern is with those who think that by just turning up and looking interested they will progress to the highest echelons immediately.  
A good parallel is to look at the recent Olympians, not just those who &#039;medalled&#039; or even made it to London but the thousands who worked hard to try and get there.  They truly had the qualities of Purpose, Passion and Persistence.  
Again I am reminded of that saying that says funny how lucky people always seem to work hard.]]></description>
